Privacy policy

This policy covers MoonBunny Studios and all of the products we run, including tandemauth, su-bo, hourly.observer, theblogblob, and bingoing. It explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We wrote it to be readable rather than dense.
Who we are
MoonBunny Studios is an independent software studio. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it means MoonBunny Studios and the products listed above. You can reach us at hello@moonbunny.co.
What we collect
- Account information. When you create an account you may give us an email address and a password, or you may sign in with Google, or you may register a passkey. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile information such as your name, email address, and profile picture, and we use it only to create and secure your account. We do not receive your Google password.
- Content you create. Some products store the things you make with them, such as a shop, a blog, a claim, or a game, so that they are there when you come back.
- Usage information. We collect basic technical and usage data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and actions taken, which helps us keep the products working, secure, and reliable.
How we use it
- To provide the product you signed up for and keep your account working.
- To sign you in and protect your account against fraud and abuse.
- To fix problems, improve performance, and understand which features are useful.
- To reply to you when you contact us.
We do not use your data to build advertising profiles, and we do not run third-party ad tracking across our products.
How sign-in works
We handle authentication with our own systems. Your account credentials, sessions, and passkeys are managed by MoonBunny Studios. When you choose Google sign-in, Google verifies who you are and hands us the basic profile details above. We only request the minimum scopes needed to sign you in and identify your account. You can revoke that access at any time from your Google account settings.
Selling data
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We use a small set of trusted infrastructure providers to run our products, such as our hosting and cloud platform. They process data on our behalf, under agreements that limit them to serving us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety and rights of our users and our studio.
How long we keep it
We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account or ask us to remove your data, we delete it, except where we are required to keep certain records for legal or security reasons.
Your choices
- You can access, correct, or delete your account data by contacting us.
- You can disconnect Google sign-in from your Google account settings.
- You can ask us any question about your data and we will answer it.
Children
Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page. Meaningful changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
